I worked at Capgemini as a Help Desk analyst, assigned to the Tigre company, and was responsible for level 1 support. Among the activities I carried out were user support, problem solving, updating and installing software (such as the Office suite, browsers, antivirus, and financial applications), and managing passwords and users in various systems.

I was also involved in identifying a machine infected by ransomware and, by following the appropriate protocols, I was able to prevent the threat from spreading across the corporate network, advising the user on the correct containment and security procedures.
