Ontem tivemos nossa primeira mentoria da DIO Campus Expert | Turma 16 com Iglá Generoso — e a experiência foi simplesmente transformadora. 🚀

A pauta trouxe uma reflexão extremamente necessária para quem trabalha ou deseja crescer na área de tecnologia:

Como liderar em um mundo “resetado” pela IA?

Durante a conversa, vários pontos me marcaram profundamente, principalmente sobre como o mercado está mudando de forma acelerada por conta da Inteligência Artificial.

1️⃣ Como se preparar para a carreira Tech em um mundo movido por IA?

Um dos pontos mais fortes levantados foi que, nos próximos 1 a 2 anos, o conhecimento em IA deixará de ser um diferencial e passará a ser praticamente um requisito básico para atuar na área de tecnologia.

Uma frase dita durante a mentoria ficou gravada na minha mente:

“Todos nós seremos futuros builders.”

Mais do que programadores, analistas ou desenvolvedores, estamos caminhando para um cenário onde profissionais precisarão construir soluções com IA de maneira estratégica, rápida e inteligente.

2️⃣ A transformação da educação através da IA

Outro tema extremamente interessante foi a mudança na estrutura tradicional de ensino.

Com a IA, a forma como aprendemos também está sendo redefinida.

Durante a mentoria foi citado o conceito de Hyper-Personalized Tutoring, onde a Inteligência Artificial personaliza completamente o aprendizado dos alunos.

3️⃣ O novo modelo das empresas no mercado de tecnologia

Uma das perguntas que fiz durante a mentoria foi justamente sobre como as empresas estão se posicionando para o futuro.

A resposta foi direta e extremamente realista:

Estamos entrando em uma era onde empresas irão priorizar profissionais que saibam utilizar IA de forma estratégica.

Yesterday we had our first mentorship session at DIO Campus Expert | Class 16 with Iglá Generoso — and the experience was truly transformative. 🚀

The mentorship brought an essential reflection for everyone working or growing in technology:

How to lead in a world “reset” by AI?

Several points deeply impacted me, especially how fast the market is changing because of Artificial Intelligence.

1️⃣ How to prepare for a tech career in an AI-driven world?

One of the strongest insights was that, within the next 1 to 2 years, AI knowledge will stop being a competitive advantage and become a basic requirement for tech professionals.

One phrase really stayed with me:

“We will all become future builders.”

More than programmers or developers, we are moving toward a future where professionals will need to build solutions with AI in a strategic and intelligent way.

2️⃣ The transformation of education through AI

Another very interesting topic was how AI is reshaping traditional education.

The mentorship highlighted the concept of Hyper-Personalized Tutoring, where AI personalizes learning experiences for students.

3️⃣ The new business model in technology companies

One of my questions during the mentorship was about how companies are positioning themselves for the future.

The answer was very direct:

Companies are beginning to prioritize professionals who know how to use AI strategically.

Being part of the Campus Expert Class 16 journey has been an incredible experience.

Ieri abbiamo avuto la nostra prima mentorship della DIO Campus Expert | Classe 16 con Iglá Generoso — ed è stata un’esperienza davvero trasformativa. 🚀

La mentorship ha portato una riflessione fondamentale per chi lavora o vuole crescere nel settore tecnologico:

Come guidare in un mondo “resettato” dall’IA?

Diversi punti mi hanno colpito profondamente, soprattutto il modo in cui il mercato sta cambiando rapidamente grazie all’Intelligenza Artificiale.

1️⃣ Come prepararsi a una carriera tech in un mondo guidato dall’IA?

Uno dei punti principali è stato che, nei prossimi 1 o 2 anni, la conoscenza dell’IA smetterà di essere un vantaggio competitivo e diventerà un requisito fondamentale.

Una frase detta durante la mentorship mi è rimasta impressa:

“Saremo tutti futuri builders.”

Più che programmatori o sviluppatori, stiamo andando verso un futuro in cui i professionisti dovranno creare soluzioni con l’IA in modo strategico e intelligente.

2️⃣ La trasformazione dell’educazione attraverso l’IA

Un altro tema molto interessante è stato il cambiamento del modello tradizionale di insegnamento.

Durante la mentorship è stato citato il concetto di Hyper-Personalized Tutoring, dove l’IA personalizza completamente l’apprendimento degli studenti.

Una delle domande che ho fatto riguardava proprio il modo in cui le aziende si stanno preparando per il futuro.

Le aziende stanno iniziando a valorizzare professionisti capaci di utilizzare l’IA in modo strategico.

Partecipare al percorso della Campus Expert Classe 16 è stata un’esperienza estremamente arricchente.
